GRANT.... giro to all who new him, passed away peacefully after a long illness with cancer on the
29th of december 2007, at the young age of 27yrs. a loving son of muriel and john, loved brother to
sarah, a dearly loved partner of johanne, much loved uncle to nathan, keinan, kelsie, chloe and
tia-jo, a loving nephew and cousin, GRANT.... battled with cancer for nearly 3 years but he never
let it get him down, he was the bravest person i have ever known, when he was diagnosed with
testicular cancer it didnt stop him, it just made him even stronger the cancer spread to his stomach
kidneys liver and lungs and had two brain tumours removed he fought a long hard battle and kept his
dignity and pride right to the very end, GRANT.... touched so many peoples lives where ever he went
he was always a happy fun loving man with a great sence of humour everyone loved him wherever he
went, he was the life and soul of the party. he loved a drink but as he would say only to be
sociable, he was a huge fan of leeds rhinos and when they came to the house to see him it made his
day, he also loved lufc, GRANT.... would do anything if he could to help others that was the sort
of person he was, they broke the mold when they made him he will be missed by all who new him.
